บ้านดอยขอขอบคุณมายังท่านที่ให้การสนับสนุนบ้านดอยและให้เกียรติมาเยือนบ้านดอยในครั้งนี้ แต่เนื่องด้วยพวกเราเป็นองค์กรที่มุ่งมั่นและให้ความสำคัญในการคุ้มครองเด็ก เราจึงมีนโยบายคุ้มครองเด็ก ซึ่งเป็นหลักปฏิบัติสำหรับทุกคนที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเด็กทุกคนที่อยู่ในความดูแลของเรามีความปลอดภัยและได้รับการคุ้มครองตามอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก ดังนั้นเราจึงมีกฎและข้อบังคับสำหรับผู้มาเยือนด้วยเช่นกัน

We thank you for your interest in and support of our BAAN DOI HOME. As we are an organisation committed to the protection of children, we have our Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct to ensure all children in our care are safe and protected according to the Convention on Child Rights. The rules and regulations for visitors as outlined below are an important part of the BAAN DOI Child Protection Policy.

✅ ข้อควรปฏิบัติสำหรับแขกผู้มาเยือน / Visitors are welcomed to:

  • โปรดแจ้งให้ทางเราทราบเมื่อท่านมาถึง / Notify the BAAN DOI staff about their arrival.
  • ท่านสามารถเข้าเยี่ยมชมหรือพบปะสนทนากับเด็กในบริเวณที่ทางบ้านดอยจัดให้ / Visit and interact with the children in the common area.
  • ท่านสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับเด็กตามการแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ / Participate in the children's activities with the guidance of BAAN DOI's staff.
  • ท่านสามารถร่วมรับประทานอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็นกับเด็กได้ / Join the children for lunch or dinner.

🚫 ข้อห้ามสำหรับแขกผู้มาเยือน / Visitors are not allowed to:

  • ห้ามให้มีการบันทึกภาพและวิดีโอ เจ้าหน้าที่บ้านดอยจะเป็นผู้ถ่ายภาพให้ท่านและส่งภาพให้ภายหลัง / Take pictures and videos. BAAN DOI staff will take pictures and send them after the visit.
  • ห้ามอยู่ตามลำพังกับเด็กสองต่อสอง / Be alone with a child.
  • งดเว้นการให้สิ่งของหรือเงินโดยตรงหรือเป็นรายบุคคลกับเด็ก หากต้องการบริจาคให้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่โดยตรง / Give presents or money to the children directly or individually.
  • ห้ามแลกเปลี่ยนช่องทางการติดต่อ Email หรือช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียกับเด็ก / Exchange contact details, email or social media contacts with the children.
  • ห้ามสอบถามประวัติส่วนตัว ที่มาหรือภูมิหลังของเด็ก / Inquire information about the individual backgrounds of the children.
  • ไม่อนุญาตให้พาเด็กออกไปข้างนอก / Take children out of BAAN DOI.
  • ห้ามสัมผัสร่างกายเด็กโดยตรง / Make physical contact with the children.

📌 ข้อปฏิบัติเพิ่มเติม / Additional rules:

  • ขอความกรุณาแต่งกายให้เหมาะสมกับกาลเทศะและขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีไทย / Please dress politely according to Thai customs and traditions.
  • ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และเสพยาเสพติดทุกชนิดในบ้านดอยโดยเด็ดขาด / Smoking, alcohol or any kind of drugs at BAAN DOI Home is strictly prohibited.
